  1. Introduction

Welcome to Cowdfunding Ibanex Holdings (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Our role is to provide a connection between businesses seeking capital and investors. We do not facilitate financial transactions or provide financial advice.

  1. Services Provided

We offer:

  • Direct outreach to investors to increase funding potential.
  • Access to our investor network private investors
  • Priority visibility for early-stage businesses.

We do not handle funds, offer investment advice, or guarantee funding.

  1. Early Bird Offer

This offer is limited to 100 companies and includes:

  • £500 one-off sign-up fee (non-refundable unless verification fails).
  • 6 months’ free subscription (monthly fee of £70 applies thereafter).
  • Direct investor outreach to increase funding potential.
  1. Payment and Subscription
  • £500 sign-up fee payable upfront via credit or debit card.
  • After 6 months, a £70 monthly subscription fee applies unless cancelled.
  • Payments are non-refundable except in the case of failed verification.
  1. Verification Process

Verification takes up to one week. If a business fails verification, the £500 sign-up fee will be refunded.

  1. Responsibilities of the Business

By signing up, businesses agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Ensure they are legally permitted to raise capital.
  • Communicate directly with investors in compliance with relevant laws.
  1. No Guarantee of Investment

We do not guarantee that a company will receive investment. We provide a platform for connections but the decision to invest remains with investors.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any losses resulting from the use of our services. Businesses should seek independent legal and financial advice before engaging with investors.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

We comply with UK GDPR regulations. Data collected will only be used to facilitate investor connections.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UK law, and any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
